These are our crimp on aluminum .30 / 7.62 mm caliber gas checks. They are made with .015 thick aluminum, so they work very well when sized .309 to .312. We are selling these direct, cut out the middle men and buy right off the press. Made to fit tight on a .284 shank.
Our gas checks are sold in resealable clear plastic bags. USPS flat rate boxes and First Class mail are used to reduce shipping cost.
Sold in 4 quantities: 100 for $3.99, 250 for $6.75, 500 for $12.50 and 1000 for $23.00

I needed some .30 Caliber GC and being a frugal (cheap) old man, I was
unwilling to pay $30.00 plus per 1000. Decided to try 2000 Sage Aluminum GC. Received them a couple of days after placing order, quality was great, clean from bag. fit my bullets nice and tight. I'll buy more when I need them. I highly recommend them.

I have found all the gas checks I have bought from Sages to be of very high quality.

These gas checks did a great job in mid range cast loads. The price is excellent. I'll be ordering more soon.

I'm a reloader of 7.62x39 using cast bullets. I've used copper checks before and decided to give aluminum a try. Size is accurate, fit is precise but these do not grip well on harder lead alloys such as Linotype or Foundry. I experienced checks being pushed off during sizing due to the edge of the check not cutting into the bullet shank. I was, however, using a Carnauba based bullet lube. The increased hardness of the lube may have been the primary cause of push-off. Checks that pushed off were easily reseated without issue. Bullet accuracy was not affected by push-off and I did not see where any checks separated from the bullet during test firing.
Final analysis: With these checks installed on a 140gr 0.311" bullet, I have the accuracy to hit center on a 2" steel pipe at 100yds with only a red dot sight coming from a 7.62x39 AR platform.
I recommend these to any reloader who's budget conscious and needs a quality gas check for their cast bullets.

I have not had a chance to even get out to try these gas checks but I have looked at several of them and measured a few also, they seem to be pretty consistent and weights are also. I plan doing an update later but from what I see they look like they will get the job done.
