The .44 caliber Gator Checks measure .440 in overall diameter, about .074 in overall height and are made for a normal .402 shank.
The checks are sold in resealable clear plastic bags.

They are great, they fit on tight and better then the other gas checks, I highly recommend gator gas checks, and came very fast through the mail and if you have questions they answer all of them. I will not go to any other but Sage's outdoors.

Shot around 400 of these so far in 44 Mag Rifle. Assembled well and no leading. Very similar to other more expensive checks I have purchased which work well also.
Will buy again & again.

I purchased these to go on the base of my cast wheel weight 310 grain 44 bullets. The checks were sized correctly, and they were consistent. The projectiles were powder coated clear for maximum performance and cleanliness before being sized and the checks installed. They clipped on very nicely, and accuracy was excellent over a stout load of 296. The cases and cylinder showed a good seal had been achieved. These checks will be used for all future projects when needed.
