I cast using the MP Molds 45 Colt Carbine bullet for my 454 Casull. These gas checks fit that bullet and size on nicely even after the bullet has been PC'ed. The other brand I was using fit too tight even on the as cast bullet and were almost impossible to get on a coated bullet. I had to mask the shank and spray the bullets to use the other brand. I use shake 'n bake to coat these and just press the gas checks on and run them through a Lee sizer. Makes a beautiful and accurate bullet.

Good product at a good price! Shipped out fast. In using the caps I found them to be of a good weight and quality. They size nicely and hold on to the cast bullet very well. I would buy them again.

Great for LEE 300 grain flat nose gas check cast bullets. Went through sizing die and crimped tight. Made a nice accurate bullet.

For sometime I have been using Gator checks in various calibers from 7mm to 45 cal. They fit well and crimp on firmly. I have experienced no problems with performance in any of the calibers that I have used. I intend to continue using them as long as they are available.
