We make these on a high speed press just like our copper gas checks. Available in bulk quantities also, email us for info.
These are crimp on aluminum gas checks made similar to the copper .458's we sell. This is a tall thick metal version for .45 caliber rifles. Will size all they way up to .463. About .090 tall.
The gas checks are sold in resealable clear plastic bags. USPS flat rate boxes and First Class mail are used to reduce shipping cost.
Sold in 4 quantities: 100 for $4.99, 250 for $10.00, 500 for $19.00 and 1000 for $36.00.

First time that I've used aluminum gas checks. They installed just as easily as the copper version when I utilized a Lee bullet sizer.

didn't want the aluminum checks,but that's all they had at the time. got em used them and they worked fine. Haven't accuracy tested them yet but they fit good and tight so don't expect any issues.

Works as good as th copper gas check.will order more later.i feel the shipping charges are a bit excessive.
