Fantastic for 45-70 in most popular molds ..crimps on very well at .458 and sure it would out to .460 sizing.

Since I started using Sages products, I have had great success with their gas checks. I have purchased a thousand or more and have not found one deformed gas check. They preform excellently. Sage’s gas checks are the only ones I’ll use.

I’ve used other brands, but if you want the minimum of fiddling and maximum in satisfaction then Gator checks are the way to go. Usually the cheapest too...

My friend (I bought these .458 GCs for) was impressed. They worked smoothly through his sizing/lube die and crimped-on nicely. Less expensive than the [other company's] product. It's a Win/Win!!

Have been using another brand of gas check and when it was cycled through the lube press, the gas checks would slip off. Researched online and found Gator brand had good reviews. Purchased Gator .458 gas checks for 300gr cast bullet. For what I loaded so far, there has been no issues. Plan on purchasing more for my other calibers.
The shipping was very quick and well packaged.
Thank you Sage.
